Job Title: Associate Director of Database Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Database Services to join our team at Whitman Associates, Inc. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in database management and software development.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and maintain the integrity of our internal database.
  • Implement updated features and ensure scalability.
  • Design and implement backup and recovery processes.
  • Develop cybersecurity procedures and manage access to the database.
  • Implement supporting technologies and streamline workflow processes.
  • Ensure compliance with license agreements and organizational practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on software development trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assess data requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a technical program management environment.
  • Database management certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience working for an association or higher education organization is preferred.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
