ROLE SUMMARY:
Michael Lantzy - State Farm Agent is seeking a driven Producer who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. As an Insurance Account Executive - State Farm Agent Team Member, your expertise in insurance offerings and market dynamics will enable you to engage with clients, assess their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver optimal value. You may also contribute to formulating strategies and setting performance targets for our agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to success daily.
  • Partner with your agency's team to foster lasting customer relationships.
  • Market and sell State Farm products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain good standing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred sales experience (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to connect effectively with customers.
  • Property & Casualty license (must be obtained).
  • Life & Health license (must be obtained).
