- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based review approach to inform clients about various insurance products.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Assist in developing and sustaining a digital marketing strategy to enhance office visibility.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Support the agent in identifying and participating in local community initiatives.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving success daily.
- Simple IRA plan

- Self-motivated and detail-oriented

- Skilled in delivering presentations to potential clients
- Ability to meet mutually agreed marketing objectives
- Provide comprehensive activity reports to the agent
- Experience in marketing is a plus
- Ability to establish rapport with customers
- Current Property and Casualty license required
- Life and Health license must be obtained
