Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based review approach to inform clients about various insurance products.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Assist in developing and sustaining a digital marketing strategy to enhance office visibility.
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Support the agent in identifying and participating in local community initiatives.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving success daily.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage risks, recover from setbacks, and achieve their aspirations
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Able to learn and utilize computer functions effectively

  • Adept at multitasking
  • Skilled in delivering presentations to potential clients
  • Ability to meet mutually agreed marketing objectives
  • Provide comprehensive activity reports to the agent
  • Experience in marketing is a plus
  • Ability to establish rapport with customers
  • Current Property and Casualty license required
  • Life and Health license must be obtained
