Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Turf Sales Consultant to enhance our sales team, focusing on synthetic grass products and installation services. The Turf Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in growing our clientele, targeting both homeowners and contractors. This position involves lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales to achieve or surpass established goals. Success in this role requires a comprehensive understanding of turf solutions and installation techniques, along with the ability to effectively communicate with residential customers and industry experts.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, presenting an excellent opportunity for driven individuals to boost their earnings based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Identification and Generation:

o Actively pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and digital platforms.

o Conduct research to identify potential clients in targeted sectors.

Client Relationship Development:

o Establish and maintain strong connections with both new and existing clients.

o Assess client requirements and offer customized product or service solutions.

o Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Sales Process Oversight:

o Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

o Negotiate sales agreements and finalize transactions.

o Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Sales Reporting:

o Compile and present regular sales reports to management.

o Maintain precise records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Market Analysis and Feedback:

o Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

o Provide insights to the product development team regarding client needs and potential product enhancements.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar capacity.

· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· High initiative and self-motivation.

· A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

· Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.

· Proficient in handling objections and closing sales.

· High integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

· Adaptability and eagerness to learn.

· Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
