Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Synergi LLC. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing internal and external teams on construction projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and manage project deliverables, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and issue project packages, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Develop and implement project quality control processes to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction management.
  • 3+ years of experience in industry for metal and glass stairs.
  • Higher Education with Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Scheduling software, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high professional proactive work ethic with ethical standards.
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to execute multiple project management efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMP.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position (40 hours). Work days are Monday through Friday, work times are dependent on department, projects, and supervisor's request and approval.
