Key Responsibilities

  • Manage design contracts in accordance with schedule, budget, quality, and regulations
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones
  • Review and authorize contract documents for the construction process
  • Verify that projects comply with codes and standards
  • Coordinate project development with clients and relevant agencies
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Oversee the permitting process and preconstruction timeline

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) License or Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred
  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
