Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outreach Manager to join our team. As an Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for traveling throughout assigned territories to provide outreach services to existing referents, clients, and organizations. You will promote Serenity Lane ideals and culture in a positive and profitable manner, work with marketing and outreach teams to develop strategies to grow market share, and deliver presentations to individuals and organizations.

- Promote Serenity Lane ideals and culture in a positive and profitable manner.
- Work with marketing and outreach teams to develop strategies to grow market share.
- Deliver presentations to individuals and organizations.
- Schedule and conduct tours for referents and potential referents.
- Gather and deliver market intelligence from the field in order to develop internal strategies.
- Three years' experience as a sales representative or similar role desired.
- Knowledge of the treatment industry preferred.
- Certifications/license in one of the following: MA, C.N.A, RN, LPN, and/or CADC I
- Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus.
