Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and other external agencies to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and trends
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in security or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
