Job Overview

Orion Security Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to drive business development in North Carolina. This full-time position will be based in North Carolina but will operate regionally, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to identify sales opportunities and meet customer needs.
  • Work with the Design Engineer to define and refine customer criteria, document customer needs, and ensure accuracy in proposal preparation.
  • Meet and/or exceed sales quotas, consistently meet weekly new contact objectives, and document all customer contacts within the CRM system.
  • Manage opportunities through the sales process to closure, bringing in resource partners to satisfy customer needs.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all sales efforts and meet customer satisfaction objectives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Background in technical security, access control, networking, or a similar field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • Demonstrate business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes.
