Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at GuidePoint Security, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Mid-Atlantic region. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in enterprise security software sales and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Mid-Atlantic sales team as a regional sales manager and individual contributor
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and executive team to develop strategies to meet the organization's goals
- Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to build a high-performing team
- Build revenue-generating relationships with key partners at the local and national level
- Consistently meet sales and profitability goals
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in leading teams focused on enterprise security software sales
- Background and experience with risk, compliance, and security offerings
- Proven track record of building and leading results-driven sales teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
