Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Mid-Atlantic sales team as a regional sales manager and individual contributor
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and executive team to develop strategies to meet the organization's goals
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to build a high-performing team
  • Build revenue-generating relationships with key partners at the local and national level
  • Consistently meet sales and profitability goals

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading teams focused on enterprise security software sales
  • Background and experience with risk, compliance, and security offerings
  • Proven track record of building and leading results-driven sales teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
