We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Weifield Group Contracting. As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee electrical projects from planning to completion, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, track project expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of electrical project managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects successfully.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tools: Proficient in MS Office and Accubid, with experience in project management software.
