Cosmetic Nurse Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cosmetic Nurse Specialist to join our team at AirSculpt. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our cosmetic surgery practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Provide Clinical Care: Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency as a licensed nurse, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Documentation and Communication: Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, and communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, and patient coordinators.
- Patient Care and Service: Ensure the highest level of patient care and service is provided at all times, consistently following policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to increase patient retention and provide exceptional patient experiences.
Requirements
- Licensure and Certification: Current LPN license, ACLS, and IV certification.
- Availability: Availability to work overtime as needed, and weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed.
- Skills and Qualities: High energy, strong focus on patient care and patient experience, ability to function well independently and as part of a team, and authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
