Available Shifts:
Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Accurately documenting patient medical records.
- Providing backup support for all staff roles as necessary.
- Complying with all organizational policies and regulations.
- Executing specific tasks as directed by the supervising authority.
- Offering emotional and psychological support to patients as required.
- Communicating effectively with patients' families to provide guidance and reassurance.
- Measuring and recording vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Conducting patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a current and valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum ASN or BSN preferred, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Ability to perform a variety of nursing tasks and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of confidentiality standards and best practices.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate demeanor with the ability to manage stress effectively.
- Exceptional observational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient oral and written communication abilities.
- Capability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Must successfully complete a drug screening and background check.
- Ability to provide documentation for Form I-9 verifying identity and work eligibility.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
- Full immunization record required prior to employment, excluding Covid vaccine.
Certifications:
BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Bilingual skills are highly preferred but not mandatory.
Work Schedule:
Day Shift - 8am to 5pm (subject to change). Open Monday through Friday.
