Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on health promotion and disease management.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions of care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state where you will be practicing.
  • Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience, although this is not required.
  • Reliable transportation.
