The B2B Sales Representative position is an excellent chance for you to leverage your customer service and sales expertise to make a significant impact. In this role, you will demonstrate and sell equipment to both current and prospective clients, manage business interactions with walk-in customers, and pursue leads through email and phone communication. This position is based out of our Nashville branch.

Main Responsibilities of the B2B Sales Representative:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all walk-in clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Establish new accounts while nurturing existing ones.
  • Educate customers about new products and equipment as needed.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities via telephone, managing these tasks through our CRM system.
  • Assist Regional Account Managers with lead generation, sales follow-up, and service support calls as required.
  • Maintain accurate reports, contact details, and account information in the CRM.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers from lead lists, direct mail, promotions, etc.

Essential Duties Include:

  • Process customer transactions with our Point of Sale System efficiently and enthusiastically.
  • Respond promptly and positively to incoming phone inquiries.
  • Keep the showroom clean and well-stocked.
  • Identify and refer customers needing assistance from our sales team.
  • Provide technical support regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment.
