As a B2B Sales Representative, you will have the chance to demonstrate your customer service and sales expertise, making a significant impact in our operations. Your role will involve showcasing and selling equipment to customers and prospects, managing walk-in customer interactions, and pursuing leads through email and phone communications. This position is based in our Nashville branch.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all walk-in clients.
  • Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Open new accounts while nurturing and expanding current accounts.
  • Inform customers about new products and equipment as necessary.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities via telephone, managing these activities through our CRM system.
  • Assist Regional Account Managers with lead generation, sales follow-up, and service support calls as required.
  • Maintain accurate reports, contact details, and account information in the CRM.
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers from lead lists, direct mail, and promotional activities.

Essential Duties:

  • Process customer transactions with enthusiasm and precision using our Point of Sales System.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and with a positive attitude.
  • Keep the showroom clean and well-stocked.
  • Identify and refer customers needing assistance from our sales team.
  • Provide technical support regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in Auto Detailing, Pressure Washing, B2B Sales, Floor Care Equipment, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exhibit a bright and enthusiastic personality that enhances the customer experience.
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
  • Retail and cash handling experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to learn our product line sufficiently to meet customer needs and answer inquiries.
  • Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Our representatives must be available during showroom hours to ensure smooth operations.
  • Weekends off with no travel required.
  • We value personality, work ethic, and enthusiasm over experience, and are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
