Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, with prior nursing leadership experience preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina required.
  • NC state-approved curricula for restrictive interventions within three months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units required.
  • Unit/Dept-specific required certifications.
