Job Overview

As a Guest Service Representative with TS2 Hospitality, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our hotels. This position requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Process payments and handle billing and payment collection.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
    • Ensure public and back office spaces are clean and well-maintained.
    • Perform tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and organizing.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Guest Services
    • Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
    • Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
