Front Desk Associate

As a Guest Service Representative with TS2 Hospitality, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our hotels. This position requires a high level of customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process payments and handle billing and payment collection.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance
- Ensure public and back office spaces are clean and well-maintained.
- Perform tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and organizing.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Guest Services
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
- Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Customer Service Skills
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns.

- Physical Demands
- Stand for extended periods and move around the hotel as needed.
- Perform tasks that require bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
