Position Summary:
The Senior Inside Sales Representative will deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels. This role involves handling incoming inquiries from customers with glass-related needs, ensuring a seamless experience without the pressure of outbound cold calling. Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with industry-specific terminology and our diverse product range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage incoming calls, identifying the purpose and verifying contact details.
  • Provide accurate pricing, scheduling, and quality estimates for automotive services.
  • Schedule appointments for flat projects to facilitate timely sales closures.
  • Respond promptly to email inquiries to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Support dispatchers and other team members as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
