Overview:

The Relief Customer Service Representative (RSS) Driver is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients while consistently exceeding their expectations. In a competitive landscape, successful representatives must effectively balance outstanding customer service with achieving individual sales growth objectives. As key representatives of the organization, they aim to foster goodwill and loyalty through professional conduct at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a company vehicle within designated areas to deliver products and services to various clients.
  • Ensure daily vehicle maintenance is performed and maintain accurate operator documentation.
  • Independently manage daily routes to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Load and unload products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review invoices daily for accuracy and make necessary corrections.
  • Meet sales targets and promote overall route growth to enhance profitability.
  • Develop leads and reach out to potential customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and onboard new accounts.
  • Assist the sales team in acquiring additional new business.
  • Understand and clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
  • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of others by adhering to safe work practices and using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned that fall within the scope of the role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience in customer service with consistent client interaction.
  • Strong mathematical and basic computer skills.
  • Proven experience in selling services/products and generating new business is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and quickly resolve customer concerns.

Working Environment and Safety Requirements:

Physical Requirements: Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs. and load/unload products from the vehicle without assistance. Occasionally lift and maneuver 50+ lbs. Requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.

Working Conditions: Exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures. Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility in hours.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Licenses and Certifications:

Valid Driver's License (Not CDL)
