Position Overview:

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager within our Retirement Solutions division, you will be part of a market-leading team that provides technology, retirement recordkeeping, and outsourcing solutions. We are the third-largest provider of retirement services, serving over 250 institutional clients engaged in defined contribution, IRA, and retirement income markets.

Our mission is to be the preferred partner for leading retirement plan providers by delivering customized solutions that enhance their vision, reinforce their value proposition, and support their strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage fund events, including monitoring calendars, requesting and reviewing impact assessments, and collaborating with internal departments to execute events.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with business partners to review all fund event activities on a weekly basis.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on SS&C Retirement Solutions system functionalities and products.
  • Prioritize client requests based on their impact and urgency.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve client-reported issues.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 4 years of equivalent experience. Knowledge of the retirement plan industry is preferred, along with a background in customer service.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL, PowerSelect, or TSO is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in the local office a few days each month.
