Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing clients, referrals, and other channels.
- Enhance customer value by keeping them informed about product offerings, assisting in product selection, and providing necessary training.

- Develop and submit a weekly sales call strategy to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) aimed at maximizing client interactions (minimum of 5 sales calls daily).
- Utilize ACS to document all customer interactions and sales activities (at least 3 times weekly).
- Maintain regular communication with Inside Sales, RSM, and team members regarding sales strategy and issue resolution.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:
- A four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales or account management, demonstrating strong sales skills.
- Prior experience in industrial sales, particularly in fluid control, filtration, or handling products, is preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to lead and coordinate sales team efforts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new concepts.
- Capable of conducting training sessions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills (decimals, fractions, algebra).
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
