Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to join our esteemed team at Randstad. This role is crucial for driving sales initiatives within the electrical manufacturing sector, specifically targeting strategic customer accounts in the Genset market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales activities with key customer accounts focusing on the Genset sector.
  • Coordinate and manage all operations within the designated market segment to achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with major accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Oversee the negotiation and finalization of purchase agreements and related terms.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to market potential assessments.
  • Travel as required, up to 40%, within the assigned region.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in technical sales.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience in the Genset industry or direct sales to large OEMs in the electrical or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of the electrical power industry is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range: $100,000 - $120,000.
  • Permanent position with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, incentive programs, and 401K contributions.
