The Office of the Vice President is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Director of Employee Relations. This position is responsible for managing all human resource functions across 9 departments, serving approximately 250 permanent staff members within the Enrollment and Student Administration unit. Key duties encompass talent acquisition, compensation management, onboarding processes, performance evaluation, and ensuring adherence to established HR practices and protocols.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance to managers and staff regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Reviewing and updating job descriptions and salary structures
  • Supervising Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion committees
  • Conducting training sessions for supervisors on HR best practices
  • Developing onboarding processes and HR performance dashboards
  • Managing SAP-related actions
  • Overseeing the performance management system
