Job SummaryThe Enrollment Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting student enrollment at our schools. This includes carrying out various work streams in partnership with school staff to meet enrollment goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for building awareness in the community, building relationships with community-based organizations, and planning and executing in-person and virtual enrollment events for prospective families.
Key Responsibilities- Build awareness in the community through grassroots outreach tactics, including canvassing door-to-door, flyering neighborhood businesses, and phone banks.
- Build relationships with community-based organizations to engage with families in the community.
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual enrollment events for prospective families.
- Use enrollment tracking systems to monitor progress to goals and improve practices.
- Be a positive ambassador for Roxbury Prep in the community.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2+ years of full-time experience required, with experience in canvassing, grassroots organizing, writing external-facing communications, and knowledge of the Boston community.
- Fluent Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Cape Verdean language skills are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, email marketing services, and Salesforce.
- Competitive hourly rate of $19.00-$20.55 per hour, depending on experience.
