Clic is a luxury retail company that values exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Maximizing Store Profitability

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize store sales performance and exceed targets.
  • Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Analyze sales and profitability data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management and make recommendations for improvement.

Customer Experience and Clienteling

  • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database to track customer interactions and preferences.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Human Resources

  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Set goals and objectives for store staff and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide opportunities for growth and development.

Stock and Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed to prevent loss and maintain a secure environment.
  • Manage stock levels and make decisions about stock control to maximize sales and minimize waste.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and engaging store environment.

Other Operational Functions

  • Organize special events and displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with corporate teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in management in the luxury retail industry.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and employee development.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation

$75k-$80k annual salary.
