Candidate Requirements
To be eligible for management positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior management experience is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
Physical Demands
The role involves various physical tasks, including:
- Standing: Most tasks are performed while standing, with work surfaces at different heights.
- Walking: Short distances for brief periods, such as between the store and delivery vehicle.
- Lifting: Handling bulk product deliveries, with weights up to 50 pounds.
- Carrying: Moving items such as pizza sauce and trays of dough.
- Pushing: Using dollies to transport trays, requiring some effort.
- Climbing: Occasionally navigating stairs or ladders.
- Reaching: Constantly reaching for items like oven controls and ingredients.
Skills and Attributes
Successful candidates will possess:
- Valid U.S. employment authorization.

- Experience in the restaurant industry is advantageous.
- Availability to work weekends and a minimum of five closing shifts weekly.
