Candidate Requirements

To be eligible for management positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Prior management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple responsibilities.

Physical Demands

The role involves various physical tasks, including:

  • Standing: Most tasks are performed while standing, with work surfaces at different heights.
  • Walking: Short distances for brief periods, such as between the store and delivery vehicle.
  • Lifting: Handling bulk product deliveries, with weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Carrying: Moving items such as pizza sauce and trays of dough.

  • Reaching: Constantly reaching for items like oven controls and ingredients.
