Job Summary

The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing personnel, inventory, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and employee supervision.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and management staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Review sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain a high level of compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of retail management experience.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive and personalized experience for customers.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week. The Executive Director will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position will also require occasional travel to company headquarters and other locations.
