**Job Title:**

Luxury Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Associate to join our team at Tourneau|Bucherer. As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and meeting or exceeding sales objectives within our brand boutique.

The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience in the luxury market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive and inviting environment for discerning clients.
  • Show enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand's unique heritage, product range, and attributes.
  • Greet clients, listen to their needs, and ask discovery questions.
  • Educate and inform clients based on their needs, building trust and developing long-term relationships.
  • Implement brand strategies and guidelines.
  • Maintain consistent visual presentation of watches aligned with the luxury image of the brand.
Meeting Sales Objectives:
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives for each month, quarter, and year.
  • Clearly understand daily sales targets and how they relate to weekly and monthly goals.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through clienteling, following up with them using CRM tools.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all store security procedures.
  • Set up cases and windows.
  • Respect colleagues and foster an environment of support and collaboration.
  • Adhere to company dress code policy.
  • Work with team members to ensure the store is clean and attractive at all times.
**Estimated Salary:**$20-$25 per hour plus commission
