Job Overview

Fourth Floor is seeking a highly motivated and organized Luxury Fashion Sales Support to join our team in New York City.

About the Role

This full-time position requires strong customer service skills, ability to work well under pressure, and willingness to learn about luxury fashion brands. The ideal candidate will be able to welcome clients, manage traffic flow, and support boutique staff in achieving overall sales objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and manage traffic flow
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Support boutique team with client servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients)
  • Maintain/ organize the stock room
  • Replenish the sales floor as needed
  • Assist with shipping & receiving
Requirements
  • Experience in retail sales, high-end luxury preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Flexible to work weekends/ standard retail hours
  • Strong understanding of customer service needs and customer priorities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
