Job Overview

The Client Advisor at Tourneau|Bucherer is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and meeting or exceeding sales objectives in our brand boutique.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure an outstanding client experience by creating a positive, inviting environment and providing excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Educate and inform clients based on their needs, building trust and developing long-term relationships.
  • Implement brand strategies and guidelines while maintaining a luxury image.
  • Closely follow up with clients to process sales efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' retail experience, preferably in the luxury market.
  • Prior watch experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relation skills are essential.
  • Sales-driven and results-oriented individuals who can meet and exceed company-assigned goals are preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $20.00-25.00 per hour plus commission. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth within the company.
