Job Overview:
The Client Care Specialist will provide exceptional customer service through all sales channels, ensuring client satisfaction and creating an elevated digital sales and client experience. They will assist clients in finding the perfect piece through digital channels, develop and maintain relationships with each client, and elevate the online to in-person client experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance:
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Support team colleagues and cover sales and service engagements when others are out of the business.
- Respond to all inquiries and/or issues in a consistently efficient, professional and accurate manner while offering the highest level of service to all clients at all times.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury retail and/or jewelry sales.
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and design programs a plus.
Benefits:
- Hourly rate between $22.00 - $26.00.
- Variable compensation opportunities including commission and bonus.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service through all sales channels.
