- Assist in the preparation of estimates, proposals, and presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient and effective use of time and resources.
- Participate in marketing and business development activities to promote our brand and products.
- Develop and maintain a database of opportunities and projects to track progress and avoid duplication of efforts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Construction Management preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Precast sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in complex building types, including total precast buildings, multi-level buildings, parking ramps, and food-grade/dryers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
This position requires minimal risk of exposure to unusual elements and general office environment. Intermittent field/jobsite visits may require safety precautions and exposure to harsh weather.
