As an Ecommerce Channel Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Direct to Consumer (D2C) operations. Your expertise will contribute to shaping the future of consumer experiences with Electrolux, a renowned global leader in home appliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee the execution of sales strategies tailored for Ecommerce and D2C platforms.
- Manage and optimize Affiliate partnerships to maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings and promotional strategies, ensuring an exceptional consumer journey.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs, providing insights to drive conversion rates and profitability.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Customer Service to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Achieve:
- Execute promotional campaigns and optimize website configurations to boost sales and margins.
- Monitor sales performance and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance conversion strategies.
- Develop strategies to increase user engagement and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Ensure product availability through effective supply chain management.
- Support the sales operations to streamline order fulfillment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or eCommerce.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial performance.
- Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with SAP Commerce and ERP systems is advantageous.
