  • Manage and optimize Affiliate partnerships to maximize sales potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings and promotional strategies, ensuring an exceptional consumer journey.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs, providing insights to drive conversion rates and profitability.
  • Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Customer Service to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Achieve:

  • Execute promotional campaigns and optimize website configurations to boost sales and margins.
  • Monitor sales performance and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance conversion strategies.
  • Develop strategies to increase user engagement and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA is preferred.

  • Proven leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with SAP Commerce and ERP systems is advantageous.
