Job Overview

The Suites Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Suites Management team, ensuring the efficient operation of the Suites Department and maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

This position is responsible for handling administrative tasks, customer service, and event preparation, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately utilize Levy systems to ensure seamless event operations
  • Pre-event distribution of suite attendant paperwork and post-event collection
  • Knowledgeable on all menu offerings and event paperwork
  • Attention to detail and effective communication with stakeholders
  • Support the Suites Management team in daily operations and coordinate with other departments
  • Conduct pre-event suite walk-throughs and post-event breakdowns to ensure Levy standards

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication, phone etiquette, and computer literacy
  • Ability to provide leadership, engage in positive interaction with senior leadership, staff, and guests
  • Prioritize, organize, motivate staff, problem solve, delegate, follow-up, communicate, and diffuse volatile situations
  • Ability to multi-task daily, be organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, forecast issues, and handle last-minute projects
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient typing skills required (ability to type 30 wpm)
  • 1+ years administrative experience required
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
