Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at QPS Employment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls and proactively make outbound calls to customers and prospects
  • Conduct site visits to build strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Pick and pack orders, assist with cycle counts, and manage inventory
  • Utilize Netsuite and Salesforce for order processing and customer management
  • Be determined and take the initiative to improve processes and drive revenue growth
  • Lift and handle parts, with a maximum weight capacity of 100 lbs.
  • Complete forklift training
Requirements
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in the HVAC/refrigeration industry (non-sales roles)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle varying day-to-day operations
  • Outgoing, extroverted personality with a strong drive to succeed
  • Must be willing to engage in site visits and build lasting customer relationships
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
