Job Title: Relationship Manager Assistant

Cadence Bank is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key component of our Business Banking model, this role will serve as a liaison between our Relationship Managers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review account documentation for loans, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory and bank policies.
  • Review loan files to ensure all collateral has been properly secured and maintain and clear CIP, credit, insurance, and policy exceptions.
  • Maintain and prepare future maturities, open and close accounts, and complete customer transactions.
  • File maintenance, address changes, CIP updates, check/check card orders, transfers, wires, and other tasks.
  • Coordinate loan renewal efforts, process invoices and expense reports, and cover phone calls and customer meetings as needed.
  • Promote the bank's products and services, build and maintain positive relations with customers, and contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree or 0-1 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Exceptional verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write reports and correspondence.
  • Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
