Position Overview: The individual will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with the Engagement Marketing/Print Specialist. This role requires in-office work during weekdays, overseeing all graphic design tasks as directed by clients and approved by management. The candidate will be responsible for executing and managing all print projects, printer equipment, and necessary supplies.

  • Proficient in managing multiple ongoing projects with thorough follow-through.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • A reliable mode of transportation and a clean driving record are mandatory; personal vehicle may be required for transporting equipment.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, along with HP RIP software for HP printers and Graphtec plotters.
  • Experience with large format printing, color management, and maintenance of printing equipment.
  • Background in designing vehicle wraps is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage printer equipment to ensure optimal performance and maintenance, including annual servicing.
  • Order necessary materials such as ink, vinyl, and banner supplies, while maintaining proper inventory levels.
  • Design graphics for client approval, including event signage and vehicle wraps.
  • Ensure timely production of all graphics and signage for ongoing projects, including on-demand printing as needed.
  • Anticipate signage requirements and proactively produce graphics.
  • Manage existing decals and signage to optimize production efficiency.
  • Coordinate vehicle wrap installations with installers, with installation experience being a plus.
  • Guarantee that all print jobs are executed accurately and punctually, including precise measurements and material selection.
  • Provide cost estimates to ensure accurate billing and adherence to project budgets.
  • Assist in the design and print processes for quarterly promotional events.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to forecast project needs.
  • Work collaboratively in a team setting while also being self-motivated to handle projects independently.
  • Assist with overall shipping needs for printed materials.
  • Install decals on display vehicles, with training provided.
  • Occasionally transport vehicles for events as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 based on a standard 40-hour workweek.
  • Performance-based bonuses may be available.
  • Health care coverage provided after 60 days of employment.
  • Partial reimbursement for cell phone expenses, including a monthly usage allowance.
  • 401K plan available after one year, with a 4% employer match.
  • Paid vacation time accrued during the first year of full-time employment.
