  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as HP RIP software for HP printers and Graphtec plotters.
  • Experience with large format printing, color management, ink and vinyl ordering, and machine maintenance.
  • Background in designing vehicle wraps is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage printer equipment to ensure optimal performance and maintenance, including annual servicing.
  • Order necessary supplies such as ink, vinyl, and banner materials, while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
  • Design graphics for client approval, including event signage and vehicle wraps.
  • Ensure timely production of all graphics and signage for current projects, including on-demand printing as needed.
  • Anticipate signage requirements and proactively produce graphics.
  • Inventory and manage existing decals and signage to optimize production levels.
  • Coordinate vehicle wrap installations with external installers (installation experience is a plus).
  • Ensure all print jobs are executed accurately and on schedule, including precise measurements and material selection.
  • Provide cost estimates to guarantee proper client billing and adherence to project budgets.
  • Assist in the design, printing, and occasional installation of quarterly promotional events.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to assess project needs.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated to handle projects independently.
  • Assist with overall shipping needs for printed materials.
  • Install decals on display vehicles (training will be provided).
  • Occasionally transport vehicles for events as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $55,000 - $65,000, based on a standard 40-hour workweek.
  • Performance-based bonuses may be available.
  • Health care coverage provided (up to $400/month), effective after 60 days of employment.
  • Partial reimbursement for cell phone expenses, including $50 monthly usage reimbursement and 50% reimbursement for handset costs with managerial approval.
  • 401K plan available after one year of service, with a 4% employer match.
  • Paid vacation time accrued during the first year of full-time employment.
  • Vacation days increase with tenure: 10 days after one year, 16 days after three years, and 21 days after five years.
