Position Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of food items with precision and speed, ensuring each dish meets our high standards.
  • Work in a well-equipped kitchen with designated roles in Salad, Fry, Dessert, Sauté, Grill, and Kitchen Prep.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace and kitchen equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold food preparation and delivery standards.
  • Adhere to safe food handling practices and sanitation protocols throughout your shift.
  • Utilize appropriate safety equipment and follow recipe specifications as directed by management.
  • Restock kitchen supplies and cook line as necessary during service.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Visual acuity for distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral vision, with the ability to adjust focus.
  • Frequent use of hands for handling tools and controls; reaching with hands and arms is required.
  • Capability to work in varying temperature environments.

Language and Reasoning Skills:

  • Clear verbal communication and attentive listening skills are essential.
  • Ability to read and follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
  • Common sense understanding to execute instructions provided in various forms.
  • Comprehension of company policies and procedures is necessary.
