We are currently seeking a Provider Engagement Specialist who will play a crucial role in representing Resurgens Orthopaedics within the medical community and serve as a liaison for our referring physician partners and their teams.

This position reports to the Director of Market Development and involves collaboration with peers to analyze quantitative data and qualitative market insights. The goal is to develop and implement strategies for effective provider relationship management that align with our practice and market objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate and promote the mission, value propositions, care models, and clinical outcomes of Resurgens Orthopaedics to the medical community within a designated territory.
  • Facilitate the development of relationships between referring providers and our orthopedic specialists.
  • Identify and analyze data sources to target opportunities for service line growth and provider engagement.
  • Assist in the strategic development of initiatives to enhance core services.
  • Utilize market planning tools and CRM systems to effectively engage and maintain relationships with referring providers.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for provider engagement, including coordinating educational events, networking opportunities, and hospitality initiatives.
  • Manage hospitality events, including logistics, follow-up, and coordination of resources.
  • Provide regular documentation and reporting on various aspects of provider relations, including outreach efforts and referral patterns.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the market by visiting provider offices regularly, establishing a consistent schedule for engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a consultative sales or relationship management role.
  • Experience in healthcare and marketing is preferred, with knowledge of managed care and reimbursement processes.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and achieve high performance.
  • Proficient in analyzing business data and utilizing it to inform strategies and actions.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • A client-focused mindset, dedicated to supporting the practices within our network.
  • A genuine passion for the brand and services we represent.

Salary: $52,000 - $87,000, based on experience.
