Shift Information:

We offer shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with prescribed protocols, including the setup of immobilization devices and treatment parameters.
  • Document treatment details, including cumulative doses and site-specific information, ensuring accurate billing records.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including managing inventory levels of necessary supplies.
  • Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives, identifying and addressing potential safety concerns.
  • Document patient care plans and treatment results in compliance with provider directives.
  • Ensure completion of safety checklists and quality control measures as required.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited radiation therapy program is essential. Candidates must possess ARRT and RT(T) certifications in radiation therapy, along with a current license in the state of practice, if applicable.

This role requires the ability to see and interpret information accurately, operate complex equipment, and maintain manual dexterity for precise tasks. Frequent computer use for documentation and patient care management is necessary, along with the physical capability to assist with patient mobility and equipment handling.
