The Enterprise Accounts Support Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring that our enterprise clients across various sectors receive unparalleled service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly, taking ownership of each request.
  • Thoroughly assess customer inquiries to provide detailed and effective solutions.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail when reviewing customer documentation for accuracy.
  • Process customer quotes, orders, and any modifications or cancellations in the system.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding stock availability, order status, pricing, and returns within established timelines.
  • Proactively follow up with clients on outstanding orders, ensuring clear communication.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, demonstrating reliability and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues effectively.
  • Utilize sound judgment to escalate customer concerns when necessary.
  • Make independent decisions regarding issue resolution within established guidelines.

Additional Duties:

  • Support initiatives aimed at process enhancement and service improvement.
  • Assist team members and other departments as required.
  • Engage in departmental projects and community involvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with B&H products and basic order management processes.

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes.

Preferred Experience:

  • One year in a customer-facing role or two years in an office environment.
  • College education is preferred.
