We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This role will support the Sales team by generating leads through outbound calling campaigns, qualifying and generating leads, and prospecting new customers. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, account managers, and sales teams to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Conducting pre-qualifying discussions with prospects
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline
- Developing client and prospect rapport
- Managing sales administration functions
- Reporting sales metrics and activities
Requirements:
- Experience in sales prospecting and qualifying leads
- Target-oriented, ambitious, and creative
- Ability to handle rejection
- Proficient in general office applications
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills and communication skills
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years sales/prospecting experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Prior experience in metrics-driven environments
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Targeted Annual Earnings: $85,000
