Remote Position with Travel Requirements

The Site Administrator at Curtin Maritime plays a crucial role in delivering operational and administrative assistance for various construction and dredging initiatives. This position entails the management of schedules, preparation of project documentation, and supervision of logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager with daily operational duties
  • Oversee the daily agenda and tasks of the parts runner
  • Prepare and ensure quality control of project documentation
  • Set up the necessary infrastructure for temporary project locations
  • Source and acquire essential operational supplies
  • Manage logistical aspects of projects, including transportation and shipments
  • Coordinate crew arrangements and accommodations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field OR 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
