Construction Superintendent

RQC, LLC is a leading Design-Build company with a national presence, offering management of projects throughout the United States. We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our Field Operations team for projects in Jacksonville, FL and the Southeast US.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct all construction work activities, employees, and subcontractors on a project job site.
  • Ensure safe production of quality work, within project requirements, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with the project team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED is the minimum formal education required.
  • College courses or degree in construction management, engineering, etc. are preferred.
  • Five or more years of work experience in a Superintendent position, with four or more years of field or trade work experience in the construction industry.
  • Computer literacy and specific software literacy are required.
  • CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications, EM-385, and STS are required.
  • Spanish-English bilingual skills and LEED GA/AP Credential are desirable.
