Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain professional communication with clients to ensure overall satisfaction.
  2. Utilize designated tools to manage support inquiries, responding to customer emails promptly.
  3. Employ phone system software to accurately track availability and manage customer calls.
  4. Process no-charge orders and credits in the ERP system while maintaining corresponding claim cases.

  7. Stay informed about products and programs to assist customers effectively.
