Job Title: Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team at HumanEdge. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Utilize available resources to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of prior call center customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technical aptitude.
  • Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One and Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
