Job Summary:

The Pre-Sales Representative will take inventory and sell products to all stops as directed, provide customers with timely orders and friendly service, and maintain a constant professional image. Must service all accounts thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain customer relationships with owners, managers, and points of contacts at each customer location.
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for in-store merchandising, store inventory management, and product ordering.
  • Marketing Execution: Execution of marketing programs to promote products and services.
  • Product Freshness and Maintenance: Ensuring product freshness by rotating product and attending to expired product, and ensuring coolers and drink equipment are clean and maintained.
  • Sales and Service: Achieve maximum sales and deliver total service to all accounts in the assigned area.
  • Communication: Communicate daily with the Sales Manager.
Physical Demands:
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and 60 lbs. intermittently.
  • Able to push/pull a cart weighing up to 260 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb on a frequent basis.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Drive a company vehicle and enter and exit vehicle multiple times throughout the shift.
Work Environment:
  • Work in many different environments: outside, inside, break rooms, stores.
  • Exposed to cold, hot, and rainy conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and approved driving record.
  • 2 years of sales or merchandising experience.
  • Ability to operate electronic devices for ordering and tracking.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and managers.
