About the Position

AVT Technology Solutions GLM is dedicated to establishing, nurturing, and managing corporate relationships to enhance overall value, delivering localized AVT Technology Solutions. This role serves as a primary liaison for strategic medical technologies, steering the strategic partnership for management with a clear vision and roadmap for maximizing market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and manages a comprehensive customer business strategy and pricing framework that encompasses:
    • AVT Value proposition and service offerings
    • Geographic coverage analysis
    • Detailed Marketing strategy for new business, existing clientele, and renewal/annuities business, along with program expansion
    • Sets quarterly and annual sales objectives, tracking and evaluating actual performance against targets - Solutions Path engagement, training, and certification timelines
    • Conducts monthly sales assessments and action item tracking
    • Facilitates quarterly business evaluations with business unit leadership and associated supplier teams
    • Enhances account coverage to cultivate and strengthen executive-level customer relationships within key accounts
    • Increases share of wallet by elevating customer experience with AVT Technology Solutions
    • Identifies sales opportunities for the field team through Corporate Management
    • Proactively engages with clients to pinpoint satisfaction challenges and determine root causes
    • Collaborates with Business Unit leaders to formulate corrective action strategies
    • Coordinates action plan requirements with relevant support teams
    • Ensures cross-departmental collaboration to leverage value in achieving customer objectives
    Qualifications
    • Extensive knowledge of assigned product/service lines and their integration within the organization's complete product/service portfolio
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Maintains strong relationships with clients and engages directly with new prospects
    • Actions have a significant impact on the organization's objectives
    • Robust business and financial acumen
    Experience Requirements
    • 6+ years of experience in Enterprise sales
    • Familiarity with Technology OEMs
    Educational Background
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
    Key Attributes
    • In-depth knowledge of Services programs and processes
    • Capability to engage with increasingly complex projects
    • Accountable for selling company products/services and expanding existing accounts
    Compensation Overview

Compensation will be determined based on various factors including geographic location, work experience, education, and skills/achievements.

  • Base salary begins at $128,000
  • Considerable incentive compensation available
